Ho improvvisato questa ricetta e mi è venuta benissimo, la cioccolato è davvero fondente!!! Da fare e rifare sicuramente. Ci sono diverse possibilità : questa volta ho fatto dei moelleux al cioccolato al latte con cuore fondente al cioccolato nero, e dei moelleux al cioccolato bianco con cuore fondente al cioccolato nero. Potete anche fare dei moelleux al cioccolato nero con cuore fondente al cioccolato al latte o cioccolato bianco. Insomma avete tante possibilità!</div>

Alla fine della settimana, il candidato che ottiene il voto migliore, </span>vince 1000 euro. 11. Versate piano piano nella ciotola con i tuorli il latte caldo, miscelate il tutto, e rimettete nella pentola su fuoco basso. Mescolate sempre finché la preparazione ispessisca. Togliete dal fuoco e aggiungete il burro. Lasciate raffreddare e poneteci sopra una pellicola trasparente.</div>

1/3 della crema alla vaniglia sul disco di génoise. Ponete delle fragole tagliate a pezzettini. Aggiungete alcuni cucchiaini di marmellata alle fragole se volete.</span></div>

Passate al mixer le fragole. Fate riscaldare la polpa ottenuta con 80g di zucchero fino a bollore. Togliete dal fuoco e incorporate la colla di pesce. <span style="color: purple;">Ci sono tanti modi per realizzare una torta al cioccolato, secondo gli ingredienti, il modo di fare, una torta al cioccolato non sarà mai uguale ad un'altra. La versione del pasticcere Felder che utilizza la panna non montata, mi è piacciuta tanto e quindi ho deciso di fare un'altra prova. Tutti e due mi convincono, questa torta rispetta all'altra è molto forte in cioccolato. A me piacciono tutte e due!</span></div>

Se vedete che il vostro cake diventa troppo dorato, metteteci sopra una carta stagnola per finire la cottura.
